Attitudes of Clinical Nurses for Nursing Research


Abstract
This study is to offer the basic data for development in sience and business of nuring by knowing nurse attitude and concern to study of nursing.
The results were obtained from 288 nurses, who work in general hospital, through questions and were as follows.
Attitudes of the presence and one¢¥s own announcement for ward conference were higher with increasing age.
Presence attitude to repair education in the hospital was higher with increasing position and clincal career. The view of announcement was the highest in the group of one year and below by ¢¥clinical career. The degree of use for reforence books in ward was higher with increasing position and educa
tional background.
The degree of use for library was also higher with increasing educational background.
The degree of subscription of nursing periodical was high with increasing educational background. The kinds of nursing periodical: the Korean Nurses Association News was first and the Korean Nurse
and Journal of Korean Nursing were orderly.
The attitude of announcement for case reports in nursing periodical was higher with increasing ducational background, on the other hand, was low in unsatisfaction group.
